Review on BOSCARE Electric Kettle: Stainless Steel 1.7L Pour Over Coffee and Tea Pot - Auto Shut Off & Boil-Dry Protection by Kathy Bishop

Our old on/off kettle broke and I wanted to replace it with something transparent with temperature control that wouldn't take up too much space on the table - it fits. I don't like tannins, but I don't have concentration either. Having the perfect 80°C for matcha right out of the kettle is wonderful. I've been using it for a few days now and can't imagine life without it. Things I like: Sleek design, heats up quickly, pours at a reasonable rate, doesn't leak, easy to fill, 30 minute hold temperature is super helpful if you're the type to leave before the water heats up. The colors are nice to look at and help me set the right temperature. What I don't like: The start button sometimes gets stuck. NBD for now but my concern is that eventually it will refuse to come loose rendering the kettle useless. The kettle also beeps when one of the buttons is pressed, which is particularly annoying when there's no caffeine in my system or when I'm trying not to wake someone else up.
