I HATE THIS THING, fits pizza pans and stones

I genuinely hate this thing more than anything I've bought on Amazon. I'll tell you why This stone will NOT look like a spoiled cooking stone at all. I know I had one until I did. My dog decided to throw his own pizza party while I was in the other room snatching my lovely spoiled pizza stone from the chef and the raw pizza that came with it. Ever since that tragic day I've wanted to get a new one but I literally don't know any more moms who sell spoiled cooking products lol. So we chose this very reason why I want to die from this thing. I'm kidding, but I really HATE THIS THING.1. YES YES YES! THE SMELL IS AMAZING, however I would like to point out that this is not a chemical on the stone, it is oil from food burning on it. I know this because I'm a chemist and oil is technically a chemical but not a chemical in the sense that others would assume. Anyway, that's why it smells like that. If you've ever dropped food on the bottom of the oven, washed it out and reused it, that's the smell of it, and yes, it's an incredibly bad smell. 2. This stone is IMPOSSIBLE to clean. Well, not impossible; but using the oven cleaning function to clean this stone is ridiculous. This is literally the only way to get rid of the smell, make it clean and free of food particles. As for me, when I use it in cleaning mode, my oven locks and won't unlock until it cools down. It's time consuming, wastes energy, energy money and defeats the whole reason I bought this.3. Back to the spoiled cooking stone (I use this brand because it's the only other brand I can compare it to). If you've had a PC pizza stone before, you know that after use it begins to brown and turns the prettiest, maroon, honey-colored color. My dear friends, that's why this is so amazing. HE IS NOT GOING! I would compare this to what your cast iron would do if properly seasoned. So yeah, basically it's seasoned. THIS skirt won't, however, which is what makes this skirt junk in the first place, in my opinion. I can't say I'm a pro when it comes to pizza stones and maybe I'm using them wrong; but something doesn't seem right to me about this stone I'm always trying to cook food on. That doesn't meet my standards. I didn't enjoy pizza, and it didn't make my life any easier. In fact, I'd say it's made my life harder and nobody wants that.
