The mount is not small and if you have a small face it will not fit. If you have a big face and wear small masks, they won't fit either. I had custom made masks for my face (because it's big) and I had a hard time finding the right braces. I bought them because I'm an optimist. The silicone-like material really touches your face. During the hot and humid Atlanta summer, no matter how much I sweat, it wasn't a problem for me because the braces kept the mask off my face. It feels like being without a mask - no, but I find it a little easier to breathe in it than without it. Also, it's easier to speak. The smaller brackets I tried moved too much during a call. It's not like this. I have recommended them to a few other people who also like the way they fit.
