Helps quickly with pain in the Achilles tendon. I cant walk. pain at night. I ordered a sock. 2.5 miles per day
I have a problem with my left ankle due to a previous injury. I walk 2.5 miles every day and I'm about 15 pounds overweight. I think continuous walking on hard pavement is a contributing factor. I usually have pain elsewhere, but this time it's definitely the Achilles tendon. Wandered around for a few days. pain at night too. I ordered this sock and a day later I was able to walk 2.5 miles without pain. It may work to stabilize other issues as well, but it works fine for AT.
