UPDATE 10/07/20: Good machine, found the power cord attached to the machine was loose. It now turns on. The programming works and solves all problems. The only downside is that the base has to be removed to insert a larger cup to add a sip of coffee. Brewing in a smaller cup and then pouring into coffee will result in loss of crema. I recommend this car. 12/31/19: I really wanted to like this car. It comes with a capsule holder and 2 cups (only fills to espresso level, longo overflows). He cooks great but only 2 capsules and then sleeps with the fish. Like he's overheated and needs a break. It smells like burnt plastic. The instructions talked about power saving mode, but none of the instructions worked. One person brewed, then I brewed 1 and made the 3rd pod and it ran out in the middle of the cup - the coffee was cooling so I had to finish my drink in my Keurig. The included pod stand was a really nice addition, but it's not well made, the pods fall out. I clamped the sections and it got better, but overnight they stretched again. When you open the valve to insert the capsule, the entire machine is lifted off the counter. It is VERY inconvenient to do this with two hands. Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu, after 6-8 uses it seems to get a little weaker so it can be solved. After a while, it randomly turns back on throughout the day, but then the coffee time is up. NOISY. LOUDDER than any coffee maker I've ever owned. Very noisy, overflow bowl won't let a large cup in. I brew coffee in my Keurig and then add a shot of espresso, you have to remove the entire assembly including the capsule ejection chute and then put it back in place each time. I brew in a small cup and pour into a larger cup. All that little extra work adds up. I tried the Delongi and Nespresso models at twice the price. I'm a little gluttonous in punishment so I'll order a replacement. Maybe it's a bad block. I will update when I get a new one.
