I ordered one of the two port splitters and was delighted when I first opened the box. The cables are very thick and the connectors feel very solid. One problem: one of the ports was not working. I messaged them and found that they had already sent me an additional email regarding my order asking if I was happy with the product. I responded by explaining the problem to them but said it wasn't worth my effort to return the $8.99 product. They responded within two days to ask for my shipping address and said a new replacement was on the way, no returns. necessary. Well it arrived in just a few days and works great. I couldn't be happier. Very responsive customer service and they really stand behind their products. This is a great company to do business with.
