I like this line of razors. As lazy as it sounds, I hate putting on shaving cream. It's a complementary product in my shower, taking up space that I could reserve for a huge range of shower products that I enjoy using (I'm a beauty product addict - it's an addiction!). My limited shower room is already filled with giant trophies. Gels, creams, cleansers, treatments, masks, scrubs, scrubs, shampoos, conditioners and of course razors. I've been using the Venus Spa line for a while now and have no plans to switch anytime soon. It keeps my skin hydrated and all areas are sufficiently lubricated for the razor to glide effortlessly across my skin. I never get scratches or cuts and my feet come out of the shower smooth even when I don't scrub. I also recommend this product to those who have young girls learning how to shave. It's so much better than the bulky Intuition razors and my daughter hasn't had any cuts in the year she's shaved. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars. the difficulty of shaving the bikini line. It's a bit bulky and can be a little tricky when shaving hard-to-reach areas. I use another razor solely for this purpose. Reason 2: I feel like replacement razors can be a bit cheaper. All in all, I find the prices we pay for razors outrageous, but they get away with it because we like going hairless here in America. My guess is that if you reduce the price of shaving cream by using built-in lube, the overall price evens out. I really love these razors and did not receive any freebies or discounts for my review.
