I like that it was easy enough for me to figure out how to use it right away. And that there are tons of tutorials available online as well if needed. My only issue is that it took me a while to know how to navigate between screens in order to get to the information I needed. But once I figured that out, things went smoothly. Our studio uses this system to keep track of classes, manage memberships and payments, etc. It's been helpful for us so far! We've had a lot of issues with other systems we used previously so I'm glad to finally be able to stop worrying about billing, member lists, etc. The program is easy to use and has a lot of features. The customer support is also very helpful. The price is also very reasonable. I have not found anything to dislike about the program. It is a perfect solution for any type of business. I highly recommend this program. I have used the program for my Pilates studio and have been very pleased with the ease of use and the features that it offers. The customer support has been helpful and very quick to respond.
