Works, but the hardware isn't up to all the uses it's designed for.
Worked well, the problem was that the hardware is suitable for several applications. We ended up not using any hardware on our Mazda CX9 as none of those were correct and it didn't have an OEM style spring, although it works fine and the spring was only there to prevent rattling.
