I have studied every brand of non-toxic hair dye. I wanted to dye my hair while my husband was out of town for a bachelorette party. As he left, I described each step in detail. I checked my hand, then the strand, then my hair. I did not use real heat throughout the course of treatment, just sat in the sun occasionally. I have not used any other brand colors and this is my first color but they GET color! I liked the color so much (went from blonde to dark brown) that I will be making another box soon and making it darker. Very easy to make, I made it at home myself with young children.
