Do not expose to hot water for several hours after application.
Please read changing rating. My first two bandages fell off in the shower. I gave it to my daughter and realized it sucks. Put a star and a bad rating. While researching other nail wraps, I came across the recommendation to wait 6 hours before exposing to hot water. Decided to try these. I set them to give me at least 12 hours before washing dishes or taking a shower. Since then they have done great things. So I think it's a great thing, but apply it after you shower, not before.
