This is terrible. The pedals do not rotate freely on the spindle at all. They are very tight. Next, the ads call them nails, some other commenters call them pins, I call them screws. You can pinch your shoes, but if your foot ever leaves the pedal, the bolts will tear your shins apart. In this case, take bandages with you on every journey. You need something to stop the bleeding. None of my bikes fit them. Poor quality control of bearings. And screws can potentially cause serious injury. You can find better options.
