This bottle is really easy to use and works well. It sprays a lot of oil, so it's probably not the best choice if you're looking to minimize oil or calories. He sprays about half a teaspoon per spray and it's not continuous like Pam's. You need to keep spraying it, half a teaspoon at a time. Because it's not continuous, it can be difficult to spray evenly onto a pan or food when you only want a teaspoon or less. That would be two sprays, which may not cover the pan. Overall, it's really nice to have an olive oil spray without a few weird additives. For what it is, it works really well and it looks good.
