Review on Amprobe TR300 Temperature Relative Humidity by Patrick Brinson

We have three. Two of these are good and mostly accurate in terms of temperature and relative humidity. The third came with a relative humidity of 10%, but we didn't know that at the time as we assumed it was ready to go. When the calibration cycle started a year later, we found that the readings were 10% higher. We have notified Fluke/Amprobe and they have informed us that it is out of warranty (in a few weeks) and that it cannot be calibrated (cannot be adjusted). They refused to specify the process they use to make it accurate before shipping it to the customer. They offered to trade in for a replacement for about half the price new. If it works it's fine, but compare it to another gauge when you first get it or you may get an incorrect data year and a red mini boat anchor.
