Ideal for installing LED ceiling lighting. I had replaced the soffit and fairing and already had high power sodium lighting wiring. I installed ceramic sockets and then used these to install LED recessed lights. When working through a 6" hole, all I have to do is find a socket and screw it in. Then it was simple wiring for LED lamps.
