Broken after 1 month of use

One of the HDMI output ports was finicky after about 3 weeks of use and after a bit of fiddling with cables and connectors it started working again so I don't think too much about it. Fast forward another month and now that same HDMI port is completely dead. Doesn't output anything. I cannot return the product as it has been 2 months since purchase. save your money Do not buy this product.
