This worked great, bought it to use after a hip replacement, on the third use the end broke in the rubber boot it broke completely this is the end I have the held glass cleaner, after wiping, press the end and it releases the paper, or I've used baby wipes (they work great for me). This makes the wiper very difficult to hold and use. I have either defective or Chinese junk. How I used it must not break the end. I haven't complained to the seller yet, I'm sure everything will be fixed, but soon we need a new tool, very convenient, it worked perfectly until it broke.
