Review on Xiangyue by Dave Sidhu

I recently bought something from Xiangyue's internet store, and I was unhappy with the transaction. Although they provide a large selection of women's clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories, the quality of the things I received was poor. The charms, keyrings, and keychains I bought were fragile and broke after only a few usage. To make matters worse, when I contacted their customer care to fix the problem, they were unreachable and unhelpful. Even after repeated requests for a response, they refused to issue a refund or replace the damaged goods. My interactions with Xiangyue were difficult and upsetting all around. Although their rates may be reasonable, it is difficult to recommend them to others due to the poor quality of their items and subpar customer service. It's best to go elsewhere if you want stylish items that will last.
