I bought this bag to have this bag solely for travel, be it my Mac Air in my backpack or when I go on a trip and need to take my computer on a flight. What first intrigued me before buying it was A) the fact that there was a handle B) the computer would be inserted vertically from above, on the contrary it just slides smoothly due to the lining. When I first received it I was shocked at how soft the lining was - I literally made my girlfriend touch it and marvel with me at how soft it was. If I can find a handle, it's a lot more portable, and I put my computer in a bag just to move it from room to room and leave it there protected when I'm not using it, especially at night. With other computer cases that didn't have it, there was always the risk of it falling because you could only hold it in your hand - nothing more. Very grateful for this and as I said I wasn't expecting to use this for anything other than travel.
