I bought another completely bare Pi and remembered I bought this kit. It works. That's all I can say as my other Pi with similar heatsinks required a fan when I was running 4 instances of the software which should be one instance per Pi (Pi 4 4GB). I wouldn't run them without a radiator so it seems like good value considering it reduces the chances of my house catching fire by a few percent.
