Cheaply made wall chargers
One of the three I received broke almost immediately (on day one) when it felt half a foot from plug to floor. The stitching on the front bezel split, so I either got a broken one, or they're just cheaply made. You get what you pay for. The other two we've used seem to work fine, but haven't unplugged them to find out...yet.
