I am a Veteran with PTSD. I could never fully rest at night, let alone sleep. THIS BLANKET WAS CHANGED OVERNIGHT! At first it increased my anxiety! But once I got used to the weight, I felt great! This was the second weighted blanket I bought as the first one was junk. This one is really different from the rest. Other blankets don't have small individually filled squares, making them easy to use and move around. A NOTICE. I would recommend using only one person at a time. So if you're looking for a pair, plan on using your own. It's a bit small and the weight between the two bodies really makes it heavier and ends up making you lose length. My girlfriend and I use our own and then a light blanket over it to tie the whole 'sleeping together' idea together (her idea isn't mine lol). All in all a great product and I am very, very satisfied with it and the result of the application. . I wish it was a bit heavier and bigger, but that's just trying to find a bug.
