I work from home and work more than 8 hours a day with two monitors. Due to a recent eye surgery I noticed that my eyes get so dry and I see double from time to time, in short my eyes get very stressed. My husband gave me these blue light filters and they helped a lot (VERY VERY MUCH!). Personally, I haven't experienced any of the many side effects of sitting in front of a screen for too long.
