I don't usually write reviews let alone bad reviews but I am so frustrated that I have to. As soon as I connected and set up the computer I found that there was a problem that the USB 3 connection was extremely sensitive which means that if you push the computer even lightly the hard drive will turn off. I decided to just deal with it. But I didn't realize how bad it was for the hard drive software and after a while I couldn't eject it without force. And then my files would disappear, so I had to log out and then reconnect only to have the files disappear again soon after. After rebooting the hard drive and troubleshooting, I contacted G-Tech/WD support to get the replacement and have the most tedious round trip due to glitches on their side. And finally they sent me an RMA but I couldn't find the link. It's been a week and 3 letters to her since then and I haven't received a reply. So we're still waiting.
