**Corrected from original review. First, both Roxi Dog and PetNet had an excellent customer service team that responded to my requests for help within the hour. PetNet staff saw that I had a defective unit and quickly sent me a new unit which they unpacked and tested before shipping. They also responded to my query on how to get the arched area to stay upright by sending a link to a video and a starting point for specific recommendations on how to do it. This is like a web within a web, so I like that it doesn't scratch or tear. This affects visibility - the mesh is pretty dark and if you like using your rearview mirror like I do, you won't like it enough. This also affects parallel parking as that horizontal seam is right where my eyes are looking and it's very hard to see through the grille! Still, I give it 5 stars because of the price, ease of assembly/disassembly (seconds) and the fact that the dog can't sit in the front seat. I hope I don't have to use it forever as a) it would be nice if the dog learned to use it and b) I don't like the vision problem.
