Okay, let's face it, if I were in a dangerous situation, I'd hope I had more than one pen. As for the pens, however, this pen is great. It is completely made of metal and still holds up very well. It comes with 4 extra ink cartridges, so basically it should last forever. The pen also writes very well. I think it's well made and very heavy. There's something masculine about owning a black metal handle. On top of that, the writing quality doesn't suffer one iota. The tip of the pen is quite sharp and can pierce someone with enough force. I haven't tried breaking glass with it, but don't be surprised if you can. Can't speak for the gun but this is a great pen at a good price!
