Recently bought an iPhone XR. Good phone! So of course I want to protect him. Found this at Revain and it seemed like a great price and looked great. The website says it's a military-grade protection, but the box it comes in makes no reference to that certification. Just a logo that says "Ultimate protection for everyday use". What does that mean? So I tightened it up a bit more and here's what I found (see photos for reference). The design is appealing, the case thin and light. The red back looks more like a plastic than a metal finish. The Apple logo isn't EXACTLY centered, but it's close enough for me. In my previous case, the logo wasn't visible at all. The back is thick enough not to scratch the camera lens when placed on a table. Do not worry. The stand is very flimsy and I'm sure slight pressure in use will likely break it. But that's just an added bonus. However, my biggest concern is that the edges of the case aren't thick enough to protect the screen compared to the OtterBox I have for it. I have a screen protector on it and you can see in the picture that the edge is almost flush with the screen leaving little to no room for a screen protector when placed face down. Ports are open and ok. I was able to connect an Apple certified charger without the issues that other users have experienced. I use AirPods so I'm not worried about plugging in headphones, but I plugged in an Apple wired headphone adapter to see if there was a problem and there was no problem. Good case for the price. I don't know if I'll keep it because I don't think this case is as durable as the OtterBox. But I like its looks and weight more. I'll be using it for a few days and will update this post if there's anything to add.
