They work great and being genuine HP toner cartridges they pass the HP test " This happens when you insert the cartridge into the HP product. I replaced other brands of cartridges that still had a lot of powder in them as they continued to leak and leave ink stains on the printed paper. Although the company that sold them always replaced them for free and charged no shipping costs, it was too much of a hassle and always seemed to fail when you needed a color page "instantly".
