I like that it is easy for my team members, including me as an admin user too! It’s also very intuitive which helps us create new forms in no time at all (we are used to creating them manually).
There isn't much we dislike about this product so far but maybe there can be more features added or improved upon? We use BCBS PPO insurance provider with our clinic therefore most questions will have been answered already by their system if you're using another plan type such as HSA/HMO etc., however having one place where info goes into billings instead saves lots o paper shuffling around when sending out paper bills to patients.
