A very expensive shop is selling a crib skirt that looks like this but is 7 times the price! This is way too long for my crib which is already lowered and I had to slide it through two wooden beams on the sides of the crib which took some time and work. It wasn't as long as the cot either, but still works. I think it was worth it and it's still a sweet thing! I just pulled it through the back so it looks better from the front. I washed it on a gentle cycle and hung it out to dry and it turned out great. One from another store had people complaining that it was falling apart and was ridiculously priced. I think with that if my daughter breaks it I won't be upset, it's a very light material but for the price and especially compared to others just can't be beat! I really don't understand where people think it has a purple hue? It is a soft pink, the inner layer looks white or very light pink.
