Why didn't I think of this sooner? These remote control switches are a great idea. They haven't gone out of range yet, haven't even sent a signal up or down. I've been told by conspiracy theorists that I'll be on wifi all the time when I buy these. It would be really bad. but i bought them anyway. Then I went to either confirm or deny what I was told. I have a radiation detector that works pretty well. and the only time I get a tiny jump on the analog meter is when the remote is activated, and that's about a second. anywhere in the danger zone. so i then went to the outlet of the switches and found zero radiation even when turning the devices on/off. I am satisfied that they are harmless and very comfortable, at least for this brand. I don't know about others, I hope nobody builds devices there to do harm. However, I give this 5 stars and one more thing, the loading capacity is amazing. powerful 1800 watts.
