Mixing valve - water heater, parts and accessories

We bought a used motor home a few years ago and had to be very careful when turning on the hot water on every tap and shower. If you are not careful and only put your hands under the faucet with the hot side, you could easily burn yourself. I always had to remember to alert guests to a hot water issue and be sure to turn on cold water first, then hot water to mix to the right temperature before I can wash my hands, take a shower, or do the dishes. After doing a lot of research, reading a few reviews, and checking my hot water unit, I found that my unit was missing a mixing valve. Easy to install and a world of difference, no more boiling water problems! A bit pricey but since the problem is fixed it's worth it!
