The best thing about starbi so far has been its ability for multiple people in one organization or across organizations within an enterprise network (or even cloud) can work together collaboratively without having any knowledge of each other's roles/responsibilities at all times! This makes it easy when you need support from someone outside your team as well - which happens often with BI tools these days. We have had some challenges getting our end-users used too this tool but we are working through that now by providing training sessions where they use their own laptops while learning how things function. It helps us get better insights into what customers want out of services offered via SaaS platforms like ours.
