I like that it's easy for me as an individual user with no IT knowledge or support staff to use - so many other BI tools require technical expertise which makes them difficult if not impossible to get started in some cases! The best thing about starbi so far has been its ability for multiple people in one organization or across organizations within an enterprise network (or even cloud) can work together collaboratively without having any knowledge of each other's roles/responsibilities at all times!
