The tool allows me as an analyst or manager of my team (which are mostly remote) access all our dashboards in one place without having multiple tools installed across different platforms/devices for each dashboard I am responsible with! It's really great when you have many people working remotely from their homes which makes it difficult at times finding someone who can help troubleshoot issues that arise while using this platform since they're not always available online through chat / phone calls etc..
Sometimes we need support but there isn't much options other than contacting them via email only - sometimes taking up days before getting any response back especially if its during work hours where most employees would be busy doing productive tasks rather then responding your emails asking questions about how do i use feature xyz? This could improve by adding more features like live-chat option so customers don’t feel left out waiting around till after office closes time trying get answers regarding problems arising within starbi product itself.
