Absolutely normal.
I like most Wuta products although I see their prices increasing lately. This thread is great for hand sewing leather, although I prefer MiEsi, Vinymo and Tiger threads. Wuta has the ability to dissolve sometimes, otherwise it's not bad. I think it might just be a personal preference. It costs a few dollars to try. There are beautiful colors.
