Questions about size and material

Pattern: cute. Size: strange. At the time we bought our dog he probably weighed over 25 pounds. Definitely not "big", but not a small pup either. The collar was ridiculously small. We gave it to our friend who has a small cat as not even our friend's Boston would have a collar like this and she is small. The bandana, on the other hand, was unexpectedly large. We were able to handle it, but the material is so slippery that our dog was able to get rid of it shortly after tying it up.
