Review on Airfree Iris 3000 Purifier Small by Jose Baldwin

I bought two of these units from Revain in June 2018. Both worked very well and protected the air from dust and pet hair. I have white in the bedroom and black in the living room. Today I noticed that black doesn't feel warm. The lights still glow and change color but don't get hot. I think he stopped cleaning the air. I've read in Revain reviews that these products come with a 2 year guarantee. Please let me know how to fix this as I really like them and want to keep using them. I tried to email the manufacturer at salesusa2@airfree.com but it was not delivered. I resent the email and it went through but 10 days later still no response from the company. Return Authorization and Shipping Instructions. Sent the item back and received a brand new one that works great. I really like how it purifies the air. I had a small parrot that had a lot of scales in the air, I found it all over the living room but after using this product for a few weeks there was a noticeable difference. I also have one in the bedroom and my wife and I sleep better with it.
