I like that you can do all of this from your phone, rather than visiting their offices! It's very helpful to be able to check in with my clients at any time during the process without having an office visit or meeting them face-toface. They are also flexible as far as scheduling goes - sometimes they have extra resources but other times it is hard for them too find new people so there might not always seem to be anyone available when we need something done quickly (like sending out surveys). Sometimes it will take 2 weeks before i get feedback back about one survey if someone has been working remotely through our platform. This isn't necessarily bad because remote work allows us employees flexibility which lets me focus more on customer service while still being productive myself.
