Fits but not changed. The rubber grommet that is in one of the clamps is very tightly connected to the tubular part of the hose. That wouldn't be a problem if it was in the right spot on the pipe, but it isn't. It was a few inches shorter. I had to break it off and cut off the rest with a razor blade. Luckily I was able to cut a slit on the original and use it. Otherwise it was a relatively easy job, taking about 90 minutes from start to finish. I also think the black o-rings will appeal to other Hondas for this application. I bought the red o-ring that is also sold here, it is a genuine Honda part. If it doesn't leak, it's an extra $6. Quick tip: First, hand tighten the pipe fitting to the side of the bulkhead, then fill the hose with fluid until no more bubbles come out of the fitting. Then attach the other side. Remember to reconnect the electrical connector that needs to be removed from the old hose. I hope all of this helps as there are no videos of this exact setup on youtube.
