I have always been skeptical about buying yoga pants online simply because I was never sure of my exact size. Depending on the brand, I range from medium to large. So I took a leap of faith and ordered a medium (based on previous yoga pants I've bought in a similar material). The mid rise is perfect, the tummy control band is only about half an inch long and honestly not in the most flattering spot for me (again, I don't have a longer torso), but the pants are absolutely knee-high and are comfortable and breathable. I work with children so I play, sit, stand, walk and do all sorts of movements. The case is great and fits my Pixel 4. I'm 5ft 2in, 155lbs and pear shaped. A large would probably fit perfectly, but I think it could be a bit looser. Also, black is more like light heather gray with black added.
