Nice slides but the wrong screws were included. Supposed to be #6 1/2 inch pan head screws.

Wrong screws. regular wood screws were included instead of the pan head screws. How do I get the right ones? Customer service was worthless. They could not just send me the right screws. Instead they wanted me to return the entire order. What a waste of time. The slides are fine. The manufacturer needs to figure out how to include the right screws.
