I remodeled my kitchen and didn't want to go cheap on drawer hardware. Everything looked good on these and initially they worked well. Then I started to have problems with them. There was a very weak plastic part in the very rear that failed on several units. They were under warranty at the time and revain sent me as many new ones as I had originally ordered. Bought this brand because reviews seemed to be good and thought they would be sturdy enough for heavy drawers for new work benches I built. Have only installed drawer slides a couple times before so not sure if they’re any better than others really but the directions were no good and getting the drawers into place after assembly seemed to be very difficult and actually ended up breaking 2 sets out of 10. Ordered a different brand for the second work bench

1 out of 10 pairs is defective and I want to exchange only 1 pair, but there is no way to do it. It is inconvenient to have to return all 10. If there is even a slight imbalance in the installation process, internal parts may be damaged.

These rails were super easy to install. But honestly day to day use they are hard to pull and push l. It's not a A very smooth experience compared to the all be it slightly more expensive rails I bought to test if I could install them before buying in bulk. Sort of disappointing

Installing something like these is a bit of a pain, millimetres count along with front side or backside of the line for the bubble when checking if level. Recommend creating a jig if doing a few of these. If the difference between the 2 sides is even minor you can feel it in how well the drawer slides or binds. The slides may work but as others have mentioned, f you are using on existing cabinets that have any type of face frame, you will need aft brackets to attach. This should be made clear in the instructions as this was not noticed until it was time to install. By then, the return window had closed. Better off buying from a local store that will be able to support if you are putting these on existing cabinets

Bought 10 pairs and the price was right! Installation easy and with 100lb. rating, they are gonna work well in the shop/tool environment. No complaints.

doing a kitchen remodel, I decided to install drawers and I purchased slides and these brackets. The brackets fit snugly and is very sturdy, but installation was challenging. The bracket mounting flange folds behind the drawer and therefore makes access to the mounting holes difficult. The flange would be much more simpler to install if the mounting plate/flange folded away from drawer, albeit this might impinge mounting in tight confines but that wasn't and issue.

I just installed the first of 12. I made brand new drawers for my DIY kitchen remodel. These worked perfectly to install using the rear mounting brackets, however, these should come with pan head screws that actually sink right into the wood and lay flush. The screws that came with it just strip when you tighten them, and barely clear the hardware. Works great for small drawers, I tried using for larger ones but the soft close failed. Still a good product for typical drawer operation.

I have installed various brand of drawer slides in the past and I don’t see any significant difference between these and those that cost twice as much. Be aware that these slides do have a type of clear grease coating that will require some cleaning/wiping to prevent staining the wood on your drawer boxes. Just like any full extension slide your tolerances when building your drawers have to be spot on.

The price is good but you really get what you pay for. Don’t expect the top notch quality. I bought 10 pack and 2 pack 12 total Less then 2 months and 6 is already not working. The soft self close stopped working on 6 out of 12 already. Install is easy if you have frameless face but if you have face front and need brackets on the back it becomes pain in the but. The mechanism that returns the drawer is made of inferior plastic. When closing the drawers, if too much pressure is applied on the initial install the mechanism breaks. I currently have two slides that are broken and I have only installed 8 slides. I need to install a total of 20 slides. I am hope that no more will break. I am also not sure what the refund policy is. If they install on the first try, without too much pressure, they work good. The slides do close the drawers as needed.

Good drawer slides for the most part. Had an issue with some of them. Contacted the company and they sent out replacements right away. Very happy with the customer service!

The company gets 5 stars for their customer service, they have replaced my broken slides witn no hassle and in a matter of days from first contact. I purchased the slides 10 months ago and the dampner tabs have broken on 4 of the 10 slides so far. With the exception of the plastic dampner tab these slides are good quality slides in their price range and worth the money.

If you are replacing existing 1/2" thick rails, then these should be easy to install.In my case though, I built my own closet cabinets and drawers so all of my measurements for the width of the cabinet and the width of the drawer had to be very, VERY precise.They sliders are exactly 1/2" thick. But max overall gap between the drawer (both sides) and the cabinet walls is 1 1/8" - this means you would have a 1/16" gap of play on either side of the drawer.
