Wrong screws. regular wood screws were included instead of the pan head screws. How do I get the right ones? Customer service was worthless. They could not just send me the right screws. Instead they wanted me to return the entire order. What a waste of time. The slides are fine. The manufacturer needs to figure out how to include the right screws.

I bought 10 pairs of LONTAN. Opened one and saw that they sent me the slide with plastic pin instead of of the metal pin. I called them, they apologized and sent back right away 10 new pairs plus 2 more extra as a gift !Excellent customer service. Thank you.A side note:* Installation is very easy and it seems to work very well as of now ( just 1 week now).* I think the plastic pin is ok too. I had the slides with plastic pin and it has been fine for 4 months, i will see how the metal pin works.

I purchased a pack of ten 20” over extension soft close slides in September of 2020. A common problem with soft close slides are the small plastic piece that triggers the soft close mechanism breaks. I had this happen in July of 2021. On a whim I contacted the dealer through revain. They replied the next day. I was asked for a picture of the failed slide which I provided. They replied again the next day requesting my information so they could ship a replacement slide! But wait, it gets better…

The Lontan soft close drawer slides are the best I have used. Normally the soft close slides are difficult to install and there is no room for error. These are much easier and so far I have had no issues. Important that the drawers be exactly 1" smaller than the opening. Any bigger and shims might be needed. If you keep it at 1", they work fine.
