Good roduct, Excellent customer service

I bought 10 pairs of LONTAN. Opened one and saw that they sent me the slide with plastic pin instead of of the metal pin. I called them, they apologized and sent back right away 10 new pairs plus 2 more extra as a gift !Excellent customer service. Thank you.A side note:* Installation is very easy and it seems to work very well as of now ( just 1 week now).* I think the plastic pin is ok too. I had the slides with plastic pin and it has been fine for 4 months, i will see how the metal pin works. Will have an update later.
