I remodeled my kitchen and didn't want to go cheap on drawer hardware. Everything looked good on these and initially they worked well. Then I started to have problems with them. There was a very weak plastic part in the very rear that failed on several units. They were under warranty at the time and revain sent me as many new ones as I had originally ordered. The problem is, at that time, many of them had not failed yet so I replaced what was bad and sent the rest back. Well, now over a year later, several more have failed. I did notice that the new replacement ones are made much better, the plastic piece that broke is now made of metal. Aside from the cost to replace them, there is the time to take them all apart and you have to put both pieces on new, they won't work with just the main part, I tried. And the screw holes are not in the same place as well so you have to make sure they are level. So far, the ones I replaced months ago have held up but the first ones were complete junk. I wished I could get my money back or get them replaced. They were just made horribly bad.
