The handle is weak, too short and the swivel joint is not compatible with standard mop handles. I bought this for a mop head thinking I could use a different and stronger handle. I bought the Ettore handle which is heavier (stronger), more adjustable and longer than the one that comes with the cinch mop. I had to remove the plastic fastener at the top of the squeegee hinge that the handle fits into. Otherwise, my pen cannot be inserted. I use the Bona mop head for most floor cleaning tasks. Replaced Bona grip with Ettore. I use a cloth mop to clean up spills and pet accidents. The Bona Pads are perfect for the Cinch Mop. These companies need to standardize their grips and attachment points.
