I needed a good pair of skate shoes, something that reminds me of my old school days growing up with skates - early 90's, not slimmer shoes like now. These shoes have a great "inner sock" that provides support and cushioning, the air system feels good - the only other shoes I've used have been eS Kostons, the shoe design is good and offers adequate protection from board tricks! great shoes for the price. I usually wear a size 11 but went for a 11.5 and I'm glad I did, they fit perfectly. So you can order half a size larger - worked for me.
