The Deceptively Diminutive Downlight: A Review of Bulbrite's Flat LED Fixture
You know what they say about good things coming in small packages? Well, Bulbrite's Pack Of (2) LED 4" Round Flat Downlight Fixture is certainly small, but unfortunately it falls a little short of being a "good thing." First off, the 50W equivalent claim is a bit misleading. These lights are significantly dimmer than I expected, making them more suitable for accent lighting than actually illuminating a room. On the plus side, the 2700K warm white color is quite nice and the white finish is sleek and unobtrusive. The included Jbox also makes installation a breeze. Overall, I give these flat LED fixtures three stars out of five. They're not terrible, but they're also not the lighting solution I was hoping for. Unless you're specifically looking for accent lighting, I'd recommend you look elsewhere.
