I had high hopes for these shovels considering how much I spent on them and they worked great for a while. I don't use them often, but after about 10-15 uses of scooping cookie dough and cupcake batter, the scooping mechanism that "squeezes out" the contents on the two large spoons in this set broke. The part itself popped out of the hole and bent, so now it won't stay in place and won't push out the contents. I contacted the company about the lifetime warranty but got no response from them. If I ever do I'll update my review but right now I'm almost $60 short and the only thing that still works is a tiny melon ball size. Very disappointed with the quality.
